Kaiky Naves, a 24-year-old Brazilian defender, who last season represented Alverca, on loan from Palmeiras, was signed as a reinforcement for Necaxa, from Mexico.

Kaiky Naves made 34 appearances for Alverca last season, scoring three goals, before returning to Palmeiras. Now, it definitively heads to Necaxa, which pays around three million euros to the Brazilian emblem, which maintains 25 percent of the central defender's economic rights.

Palmeiras said goodbye to the player on social media, thanking him for his services. Kaiky Naves won the Brazilian Championship (2022 and 2023) and the Campeonato Paulista (2023 and 2024) with the black and white jersey.

The central defender graduated from Palmeiras, moved up to the main team in 2022 and played for the club four seasons, with a maximum of 15 games in 2024 (the year in which he played most for the team coached by Portuguese Abel Ferreira).
