Jhon Durán leads the ranking of the highest paid players in the Portuguese League

The salaries of the main players in the Portuguese League continue to reach millionaire values, with the top of the ranking being occupied by John Duran, Sporting forward, who appears as the player with the highest annual salary among the names presented.

According to the published values, Durán receives 4.81 million euros gross per year in fixed salary, equivalent to approximately 400.8 thousand euros per month. To this value are added 1.2 million euros in annual bonuses, placing the annual total in 6.01 million euros.

Diogo Costa and Rafa Silva complete the podium

In second position appears Diogo Costa, FC Porto goalkeeper. The Portuguese international has a fixed annual salary of 4.81 million euros, also equivalent to about 400.8 thousand euros per month.

With 960 thousand euros in annual bonuses, the total remuneration reaches 5.77 million euros per year.

Third place belongs to Rafa Silva, from Benfica. The midfielder receives 4.23 million euros fixed annual salary, about 352.5 thousand euros per month, to which are added 1.06 million euros in bonuses.

In total, Rafa Silva reaches 5.29 million euros annually.

Benfica dominates the TOP 10

Benfica is the most represented club in the ranking, with six players among the ten highest paid.

Clément Lenglet and Anatoliy Trubin appear tied in fourth place, both with 4.81 million euros annually, while Richard Ríos comes in sixth, with 3.75 million euros.

Vangelis Pavlidis and Dodi Lukébakio occupy the next positions, both with 3.6 million euros per year.

Pedro Gonçalves, from Sporting, also reaches the 3.6 million euros annually, while Fredrik Aursnes closes the TOP 10 with the same value.

TOP 10 highest paid players

The values ​​presented correspond to gross wages and include the bonuses indicated. They are not counted image rights, sponsorships or other commercial income, so the total remuneration actually received by each player may be higher.

The list thus shows the financial dimension of the main contracts in the Liga Portugal and reveals that the players at the top of the ranking can surpass those 400 thousand euros per month in gross salary, when considering the annual fixed values.
