Marta Gago will continue to represent Vitória Sport Clube next season, after renewing her contract for another year.
The 20-year-old midfielder arrived in Guimarães at the beginning of 2025/26 and participated in 18 games on his debut in the League. She was also part of the first starting eleven in the club's history in the main competition of Portuguese women's football.
"It's a huge pride to continue with this symbol on my chest, in a house where I'm very happy. I'm grateful to Vitória and Guimarães for welcoming me so well", the young woman assumed, speaking to the official channels of the Victorian emblem.
Throughout the season, he asserted himself through his dedication and identification with the Victorian emblem, a performance that also earned him several calls to the youth national teams.
For 2026/2027, the main objective is to "learn and evolve as much as possible, helping the team more and more" achieve your goals, raising "Vitória's name is even more important in women's football".
