Born and raised at Invicta, the new Porto number 14 completed most of his training at Cohaemato, in Leça da Palmeira, before moving on to ADCR Caxinas and finishing the development process at the service of Benfica.
His senior debut took place with the colors of SC Braga, at the age of 19, and then in the First Division. Scorer of eight goals in 29 games in that first experience at the highest level, he was loaned to CR Candoso the following year and returned to Minho to assert himself: between 2020 and 2025, he represented the Arsenalistas on 155 occasions, scored 30 goals, made his debut in the Champions League and helped the Braga emblem reach the final of the National Championship and lift a Portuguese Cup.
With suitcases packed for Poland, Tiago Correia wore the Eurobus Przemysl jersey on his first adventure abroad, scored in all six games he played in the Polish League and reached the championship play-off final.
A young international for many years, the third blue and white reinforcement represented Portugal's under-21s on 11 occasions and scored the only goal for the side against the Czech Republic, in October 2019.
Back home, the 1.75 meter athlete will join FC Porto's new senior futsal team, which in 2026/27 will be led by André Pereira and will compete in the Third Division National Championship.
